Our legal staff

Tracy graduated from Brigham Young University in 1990, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography. While raising her family, Tracy returned to school and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from Willamette University in 2008 and taught middle school in the Salem-Keizer Public Schools before her recruitment to Larimer & Sears, LLC in 2018. In addition to managing the many moving parts in the office, Tracy has significant responsibility in gathering and interpreting financial data and preparing and filing fiduciary accountings. Tracy has been married to her husband Tom for well over 30 years, has four grown children and loves nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren. Tracy enjoys reading, volunteering, golfing, and traveling to sunny and sandy destinations.

Marcus graduated from McNary High School in 2010. After spending five years in management at Lowe’s, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Oregon State University, graduating Cum Laude. Marcus started at Larimer & Sears, LLC in 2019, where he assists Mr. Sears in Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation in his role as a paralegal. In his free time, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, and playing slow-pitch softball.

Megan is a Salem native, graduating from South Salem High School and Chemeketa Community College. For 15 years, she worked in several different professional fields in Salem and New York City. In August, 2019 she was hired as a legal assistant at Larimer & Sears, LLC. Megan works closely with Mr. Larimer, assisting with financial responsibilities in Conservatorships, Adult Protective Proceedings and Trust Administration. Megan enjoys cooking, baking, trying new foods, and volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society. She likes traveling and visits Seattle and New York City to see her sister and friends whenever she can. After a recent trip to France, she has her sights set on exploring more of the world.

Jolie graduated from McNary High School in 2016. Jolie worked for Larimer & Sears, LLC in a reception capacity in high school, then accepted a full time offer as a Legal Assistant after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sciences and Nutrition from Brigham Young University in 2022. Jolie is primarily responsible for the preparation of accountings and financial reports. She also assists Mr. Larimer in Protective Proceedings and assists Mr. Sears in Probate Administration. In her free time, Jolie enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling to beach locations.

Tammy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Biola University in 2000. She joined Larimer & Sears, LLC in October, 2023 as a Legal Assistant to Sam Sears and enjoys learning and implementing new legal skills. She also works part-time as the Youth Administrator at Trinity Covenant, where her family attends church. Tammy spends much of her free time attending sporting events of her three children with her husband, traveling to visit family and friends who live out-of-state, planning and attending church youth events, and going on walks with her sweet dog Phoebe.

Petra graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2012 and she has spent the last 11 years raising her four children. Petra joined Larimer & Sears, LLC in October, 2023, where she assists Mr. Larimer with financial responsibilities of Conservatorships, Adult Protective Proceedings and Trust Administration. Petra enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and two dogs. She also enjoys reading, camping, and being outdoors as much as possible.
